“We are the dead. Our only true life is in the future. We shall take part in it as handfuls of dust and splinters of bone. But how far away that future may be, there is no knowing.”

Black drinks the sun and draws all colors into it. 🌈🖤🌈🥀
I just finished cleansing a house of some negative energies and spirits. @rachellaforest snapped this in a still moment. The rainbow is naturally occurring.

Fire wants to burn
Water wants to flow
Air wants to rise
Earth wants to bind
Chaos wants to devour

“Where all was burnt to ash before them no fires were to be had and the nights were long and dark and cold beyond anything they'd yet encountered. Cold to crack the stones. To take your life.”

It is with a deep and profound
sorrow that I announce that yesterday we were forced to help our big doggie leave the gorgeous body that ended up failing him.
We helped our big boy live a massive and impressive 14 years of a beautiful but complicated life. He was as old and wise as Gandalf and I am incredibly gracious to have had the pleasure of growing, learning, and loving with him. Caring for him was one of the most mentally and physically challenging things I’ve ever done but he was worth every second.
Please do not reach out to my husband about this. He is not interested in talking about our loss at this point in time, and honestly I am not really either. Don’t be surprised if our phones are off and/or we don’t respond to your lovely well wishes.
There just isn’t much to say. We feel broken as our entire lives revolved around Mr. Sixx, his needs, and his methodical schedule.
Mr. Sixx was and is a rainbow. He healed us like nothing and no one else could. He loved us fiercely but particularly Neal. I’ve never seen such a bond between a man and his dog.
He and Neal came to me as a pair and our relationship wont ever be the same without him as he’s left a Great Dane sized hole in our hearts, but with this we will learn and continue to grow.
He protected me from bumps in the night. People crossed the street when they saw us coming because of his sheer stature, little did they know he was a wiener. 😂
He was the best man at our wedding.
He died on his favorite couch and in my lap and I felt his last breath as Neal kissed his face. I felt his life leave his body. He left our lives wrapped in purple.
This is the tragic thing about love, you stand to lose that person or being eventually.
If you have any stories, please leave them below, but again- we need our solitude to grieve and to just be together in the quiet loss of our best friend.
We love you all.
RIP Mr. Kenneth Sixx

A witch ought never be frightened in the darkest forest because she should be sure in her soul that the most terrifying thing in the forest was her.
