    Happy Friday😍After 10 days straight and a break for rest it’s back to it and adding in a little more to up it up just a bit😉
    •Star planks 30 seconds
    •Pulse squat 20 reps
    •Tri push-up 10 reps
    •Single leg bridge 10 reps each
    •Butt kicks 30 seconds
    •Russian twist 20 reps each side

  • One of the best things about Tonya and my Transformations is the things were able to do now that we would not have been able to do before.

    We hike 45 or so miles that week in this picture. We carried 40 to 50 pound packs. Everything we needed for four days was on our back.
    *
    We had never backpack camped before. We had no idea how much food we would need. Or what clothes to have.
    *
    What we did know, through perseverance of our own struggles, is that no matter what we would make it. We train hard in the gym everyday, we eat good, and take care of ourselves, so when times like these show up we are ready.
    *
    We knew we could do it even without ever actually training for it. Why? Because everyday with proper nutrition and fitness regimens we have made our bodies ready to face the challenge.
    *
    I'm talking about the same two people who smoked 2 packs of cigarettes a day, ate and drank whatever, and had several other health and wellness issues.
    *
    But we started changing our journey, even if it was just 1 measly percent a day. We were still improving. We got to where we are today, but we ain't done.
    *
    You can do this too. Start today. Start now. Be 1% better than you were yesterday. Small steps. Tiny changes. Before you know it you'll start to see change. Change that fuels more than more than more.

  • In the gym first thing this morning, training chest 😊 absolutely freezing outside, time to work up a sweat 💪 unfortunately not going to be able to go to the gym the next 2 days, due to me working and the gym closing early on the weekends 🙁
