  • Yes I appreciate how disgusting this looks but it tasted amazing! Bubble and squeak cakes with poached eggs! Much healthier than poached egg on toast and so much more flavour! I used my roasted veg from last night's dinner, cooked up some mashed potato and pressed it into something which almost resembles a circular shape before frying for a few minutes on each side! As you can see, I'm more about the flavour and less about the presentation 😂🙈📸 Queen of ugly dinners since ... well, always! 👸👸👸

    Eucalyptus - Eucalyptus has expectorant properties and it can alleviate irritated sinuses and nasal congestion.

    Thyme - Due to its antiviral and antibacterial effects, thyme is highly effective in dealing with viruses and bacterial infections.

    Coltsfoot - This plant relieves #asthma , purifies the lungs and cures #bronchitis , coughs and other respiratory diseases.

  • CURRY VEGANO DE COLIFLOR (Para 2 personas)
    - Aceite de coco o de oliva
    - 1 ajo
    - 1 cebolla morada pequeña
    - 1/4 coliflor grande
    - Champiñones y setas al gusto
    - 250 ml de bebida de almendras
    - 1 cdta de pasta de curry verde
    - Pimienta y orégano
    - Tomates cherry
    - Espárragos verdes
    1. Rallar la coliflor.
    2. Pelar y picar el ajo y la cebolla.
    3. Dorar en una sartén con aceite de coco el ajo y la cebolla.
    4. Añadir la coliflor a la sartén.
    5. Picar las setas y champiñones y añadirlos a la sartén.
    6. Una vez cocinado todo añadir la bebida de almendras, el curry verde y la pimienta.
    7. Poner en un plato y decorar con tomates cherry frescos y espárragos verdes cocinados al lekkué.
