  • Tricep & Shoulder day done! I had been in a routine for 4 months of doing separate muscle groups each day at the gym but I like to switch it up every few months and now I am back to paired muscle groups like cardio & abs (even though I try to add cardio to all days), triceps & shoulders, back & biceps, and legs & booty.

    ooowiee back has to be one of my fav muscle groups to train rn!! it’s been said a millllion times but yee growing that back really helps build that hourglass shape and overall a nice, strong, defined back looks sooo good imo 🔥⁣
    Did this workout pretty quickly and it felt niceee n effective! ⁣

    💞 Assisted pull-ups, 1x10, 4x8 yeees I start off with these almost every back day lolz⁣
    💞 Narrow grip seated row 4x8⁣
    💞 Straight arm pull-down 4x10 I’ve been doing these with the rope attachment lately and liking them more tbh!⁣
    💞 Kneeling high cable row 4x10 (saw @clarkfit do this in one of his back workouts LOVE)⁣
    💞 One arm DB row 4x8⁣
    💞 EZ bar curl 4x12 (see vid)⁣
