    Momentan habe ich irgendwie so ein kleines Motivationstief in Bezug aufs Training 🙈
    Das Gym ist einfach immer SO voll bei uns, durch all die Sportmotivierten am Jahresanfang. Abschalten beim Training fällt mir da echt total schwer, da man einfach nicht in Ruhe trainieren kann 😭
    Man muss bei uns echt manchmal aufpassen, dass man beim Seitheben niemanden umkickt 😂☝🏻
    Aber so kleine Motivationstiefs sind absolut kein Grund zur Panik. Ich liebe den Sport! Das heißt aber nicht, dass ich 365 Tage im Jahr zu 100% motiviert bin. Ich muss mir auch ab und zu in den Popo treten, weil ich auch einfach mal keinen Bock habe. 🤷🏻‍♀️Das ist total menschlich. Rafft man sich dann doch auf, so ist das Gefühl nach dem Training umso toller 🙏🏻
