  • PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING or should I say Shake! After months of trying to get his blood pressure and cholesterol levels within normal range, it FINALLY happened!!! 124/73 🙌🏻🙌🏻. He’s realizing what I’ve known for over a year. It truly matters what we put in our bodies! He’s been drinking it for 3 weeks now and his blood pressure is almost perfect and cholesterol is within normal limits and feeling better than ever! Not to mention he’s 9 lbs down!! It’s not a weight loss shake, it’s a NUTRITION shake! I drink daily and NOW so does he!! He’s not a big breakfast eater so he loves the fact that he can walk out of the house with a healthy satisfying breakfast without having to spend a lot of time making it!! I love how it helps me get over my afternoon cravings until dinner. I have a huge sweet tooth and if it weren’t for this I’d be chowing down on a snickers or cookies!! #smoothie #shakes #healthyfood #superfood #nutrition #couplesgoals #dadgettinghealthy #dad #helpswithcravings

  • Here are some additional Top Tips you can include into our 30 Days to Healthy Living Program for the best possible benefits and results!
    Today is day 10 for me, and I cannot tell you how great I feel. I’ve lost bloating, I’m losing excess weight, energy levels are almost hyper, and I generally feel so well! I have also added these extra tips into my day to make the most of my 30 days. Hope they help you too! If you haven’t jumped into your best healthiest year yet, it’s never too late! And I’m here to help anytime!

    My Top Tips:

    1. Start your day with a warm lemon water and slice of ginger, kick that metabolism off, hydrate, and cleanse, such a great way to start your day

    2. Add lemon, ginger, cucumber, mint & parsley to your daily water bottle, helps aid digestion, helps cleanse your eliminating organs, and parsley helps drag toxins from your bod! (So does coriander)

    3. On hot days make a litre or two of your detox herbal tea, or our cranberry & hibiscus tea, chill, pour a big glass, add your favourite fizz stick and ice for an absolutely delicious cool drink with a natural energy kick! Add a sprig of mint or parsley too if you want to be fancy
    4. Move that gorgeous body for 30 minutes a day, doesn’t have to be hectic, in fact better if not, go for walk or your fave exercise
    5. Don’t let yourself get hungry so you grab anything. Snacks, make them in advance, simple vege sticks with a bit of hummus. A few nuts and seeds, our awesome protein bars, which have fibre, and less than 5g sugar, low calorie and delish, the dark choc and sea salt are amazing! For another sweet snack idea use your protein shake mix to make healthy balls!

    6. Check in with the support page everyday for support, motivation, inspiration, recipes, meal plans, instructions, steps, shared ideas and SO much more. This page is fantastic nothing is missed and you can chat to others doing the program too!

  • Un facile, facile que je me suis fait ce matin : même pas 5 minutes de préparation!
    Smoothie : ✅ 1/2 tasse de yogourt vegan à la noix de coco ✅ 1 grosse poignée de kale
    ✅ 3/4 de tasse de mangues @naturestouch_frozenfruit ✅ 2 cuillères à soupe de graines de chanvre @manitobaharvest ✅ 2 cuillère à thé de poudre de butterfly pea @zyotea (optionnel, c’est seulement pour la couleur)
    ✅ Lait de cajou @earthsowncanada , juste assez pour faire tourner les lames!

    Garnitures: ✅ Bananes @equifruit ✅ Clémentines
    ✅ Quinoa soufflé @gogoquinoa ✅ Noix de coco râpés teinté (matcha, curcuma et pitaya @zyotea ) ✅ Yogourt vegan nature

  • 除了打通微循環之外,還需要藉由排宿便,清腸道。
    三項自我檢測宿便:
    1)觸摸自己的腸子部位,如果能從肚皮上摸到後腹𤩹,就代表沒有宿便。若感到肚子有點硬硬的,代表腸道中有許多宿便。乾淨的腸道,肚子摸起來應該是相當柔軟的。
    2)每天排便次數至少兩次或以上。
    3)若偏愛吃肉,蛋,奶類食物,必有宿便。由於這些食物的黏液多,極難消化,代謝廢物非常容易黏在腸壁上,即使一天排便兩次以上都還是一定會殘留宿便。

    三項助排宿便:
    1)以中草藥複方調製的酵素,可以促進腸道蠕動,分解黏液,有效率地幚助清理宿便。
    2)葷:素 = 1 : 7。
    3)多喝水。尢其最好在每天早上起床後,先喝500CC的水,並輔以胃腸部位按摩,排宿便效果更佳。
