    Fudgy Black Bean Brownie Bites - allergen friendly, gluten-free, vegan
    .
    ➡Ingredients:
    ✅1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
    ✅2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
    ✅1/2 cup oats, gluten-free if needed
    ✅1/4 tsp. salt
    ✅1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
    ✅1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
    ✅2 tsp. vanilla extract
    ✅1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    ✅1/2 cup ENJOY LIFE MINI chocolate chips [ Coupon code: https://bit.ly/2H7W0fR ]
    .
    ➡Directions:
    .
    ✅Rinse and drain beans
    ✅Melt coconut oil
    ✅Preheat oven to 350° F
    ✅Place all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in food processor and blend until completely smooth
    ✅Stir in chips
    ✅Using a mini ice cream scoop or two spoons, place batter in greased mini muffin tins
    ✅Cook for 8 minutes then remove from oven and cool for at least 15 minutes before serving

  • What's for dinner?

    Saag potatoes, of course! It's plantbased, vegan, gluten free, sugar free, and low oil. Simply delicious. 😋😋😋 I love Indian spices. I was first introduced to saag paneer by my husband many years ago. I love the spicing. Since going dairy free and on a whole food plantbased journey, I've played around with Saag by replacing all dairy to plantbased. Instead of dairy milk/cream, I use coconut/cashew milk and replaced the paneer cheese to small cubed Yukon potatoes.
    Spinach is generally used in Saag dishes. I like to use kale for it's boldness.
    Besides the ingredients, all you need is a deep saucepan, a spoon, and a stick blender. A few steps with little washing.

    I used about a pound of homegrown young kale. Steamed with a cup of water till wilted and put aside. In the same pot, fry spices that include cumin seeds, coriander powder, ground cinnamon, ground cardamon, chilli pepper with oil till fragrant. Add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic till onions are translucent. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft and the entire sauce blends together.
    Add kale and liquid back into the saucepan with spices as well as one and a half cup of unsweetened coconut or cashew milk. Cook for 10 mins. Turn off fire and blend kale medley with a stick blender till semi smooth.
    Return saag sauce to simmer. In the meantime, chopped Yukon potatoes to small bite size and add them to saag. Cook till saag sauce is thickened and potatoes are soft. Lastly, I stir in a large handful of chopped pea sprouts (see my previous post) and cook till sprouts are wilted. If you do not have pea sprouts, you can add more chopped kale. Season with pepper, salt, and lemon juice to taste. Serve saag potatoes with roasted cashew nuts with brown rice.

  • Bela belain bangun jam 3 pagi padahal baru tidur jam stgh 1an ....demi apa??...
    Demi...bikin nasi bakarrr...yez eke lg pengen nasi bakar, cuma karena kemaren ga dapet daun pisang yg bagus ya sutralah ya ga jd dibakar...dioseng aja diwajan teflon...wakakkk jd kyax nasi uduk teri hehehe...
    Kali ini menu nya * nasi bakar /teflon teri --> tanpa daun pisang en tanpa santan (sok sehat ceritanya)
    * tahu goreng --> td nya mo ayam goreng cuma belum smpet beli ayamnya yg ada tahu yowez tahu aja...toh utk daging kan uda tergantikan dengan daging burger (bikin sndiri loh dr daging cincang)
    * burger --> dagingnya uda dibikin sebelumnya klo dikerjain pagi juga ga keburu...tp jadinya juicy dagingnya jd berkurang jd td rada kering gtu...eke tmbhain mentega dikit biar shinny...
    * terong balado --> sejak eke kenalin terong...ini jd salah satu menu fave nya..jd inget mbah putrikyu dl jg dibawain mamikyu terong oseng lgs sukak
    * ca labu siam --> lebih buat onel sie kan ga pedez...kita mh cuma comot dikit
    Dari prepare ampe kelar butuh 3 jam coba (kondisi santai) pas deh jam 6 ..mister suamik lgs capcuz sambip bawa bekalnya yg blm kututup krn masi panas euy...yeayyy lunch ini nantiii...hope onel dwmen nasi terinya..tp buat jaga2 ntar bikinin nasi putih en daging burger digoreng aja....
