    2C) Chanting for the dissolving of the illusion of our perceived physicality
    3A) Ceremony pre-prep: preparing the subconscious for releasing the horror at the atrocities of what women's bodies have been subjected to
    3B) Group ceremony for the release of the subconscious horror / rage
    Day 2
    4A) Examining the shaming women are subjected to for expressing beauty and femininity
    4B) Solo and group healing modality for healing shame
    5A) Separating the innate human desire to express beauty from objectification / self-objectification
    6A) The impact of beauty culture on our relationships with other women (in relation to part 3A)
    7A) Final ceremony pre-prep
    7B) Ceremony for forgiving ourselves and other women for any dishonourable behavior or projections we have directed towards each other as a result of beauty culture
    7C) Ceremony for seeding a new paradigm of liberated beauty for humankind

    📑 Ao longo da evolução, o cérebro foi sendo condicionado a interpretar a comida como fonte de prazer. É o que os cientistas chamam de fome ligada ao hedonismo. “Estudos comprovam a existência de mecanismos de neuroadaptação que nos levam a procurar recompensas emocionais, que atuarão nos nossos controles hormonais, em busca da manutenção da vida”. Isso quer dizer que o órgão estimula o consumo de alternativas associadas a alto conteúdo calórico e também a maior sensação de bem-estar. É por essa razão que ninguém procura compensação em um prato de salada. Vai buscá-la em um pedaço de bolo, de chocolate ou em um hambúrguer.
    Há dois problemas nessa armadilha. Além de serem muito calóricos, descobriu-se recentemente que alimentos como esses contêm nutrientes capazes de disparar, no cérebro, uma espécie de dependência. “A ingestão alimentar é controlada por fatores cognitivos, emocionais e de recompensa, envolvendo a mesma via neuronal pela qual é processado o vício em uma determinada substância”. De fato, após serem ingeridos, eles ativam em cheio o centro cerebral vinculado à dependência. Por isso, a ingestão constante desse gênero de produtos fará com que o indivíduo seja induzido a querer sempre mais para sentir o mesmo prazer. .
