  • Recommendation of the day: @majesticgarlic spreads are literally 💯🤤🔝👍🏼😻 I love their Original flavor Hummus it's amazingggg. Also they have delicious creamy garlic dips too that are amazing with veggies or pasta or toast or anything you want.

  • Chicken Tikka Masala - Part 1 - Marinade

    •1.5 pounds chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
    __________________________________________
    •1 cup plain yogurt
    __________________________________________
    •1 heaping Tablespoon gram masala
    __________________________________________
    •1 Tablespoon lemon juice
    __________________________________________
    •1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    __________________________________________
    •ground pepper to taste
    __________________________________________
    Mix together in a bowl and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

    This is another example of someone who doesn’t understand fasting and the whole argument is based on opinions and lack of research.

    “Intermittent fasting involves severely restricting food intake for periods of time, which does cause weight loss. Until relatively recently, it was largely a behavior associated with religious ceremonies or other spiritual works. Now it’s become a mainstream fitness craze”.

    This person who wrote the article clearly didn’t do their research. Lean Gains protocol of 16/8 has been around for years!

    It is not a diet, it is a lifestyle. Health is the primary goal & fat loss is secondary. It is easy to maintain. BUT...it is not for everyone and it is hard to transition to.   • Whole30 Day 4!
    Breakfast: Monkey salad and a epic bar
    Banana, cashews, blueberries, almond butter, coconut shreds and topped with cinnamon.

    Lunch: Bruschetta chicken, a sweet potato, peppers and blackberries. (I felt extra hungry after lunch today)

    Snack: RXBar
    Dinner: we still have some leftover sliders, cauliflower rice and carrots 😊 Just keeping things simple again tonight. #whole30 #day4 #rxbar #bruschetta #monkeysalad #leftovers #recipes
