  • ちょっと前の夜ご飯PICからこんばんは☺︎!


    昔から母の作るコロッケがすごく好きなのですが、今回はちゃんと再現できて美味しく出来上がりました!!
    以下ざっくりメモ

    じゃがいも5個
    たまねぎ半玉
    豚ひき肉100gくらい
    -----
    たまねぎはこれでもかとみじん切りした後にこれでもかと飴色に炒めます(もはや煮ます)そこに挽肉も入れて火を通します。
    じゃがいもはレンチンでやわらかくしてマッシャーでともかくマッシュする!!
    火が通ったたまねぎ挽肉を入れたら今度はヘラでペーストっぽくなるくらい混ぜる。
    途中で塩胡椒そして砂糖も入れて味を整えながら混ぜる。
    マッシュポテトくらい混ぜたら成形→小麦粉卵パン粉をまぶしてカリッと揚げて完成!


    ポイントはこれでもかと炒めるたまねぎ(笑)
    砂糖をパラパラ。そしてともかくマッシュ!です。
    サクッとしたまわりに中はホクホクだけど口どけの良いコロッケに…♡
    お肉屋さんとかで買うコロッケも良いけど、ダントツ家のコロッケが好きです。
    そしてコロッケを揚げる作業が昔から料理の中で一番好きな作業です。笑
    はねないし音は心地良いしカラッと揚がったきつね色は愛おしいし。←
    久しぶりに作ったけど、作ってる時から笑顔でした。味ももちろんばっちりー!!

    Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe 🍤🍚.

    INGREDIENTS (Servings: 6):
    _ 1 lb 26-30 count uncooked shrimp peeled and deveined.
    _ 1 tsp cornstarch.
    _ 1/4 tsp sea salt.
    _ 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper.
    _ 3 Tbsp LIGHT olive oil, or canola.
    _ 4 large eggs beaten.
    _ 1/4 cup green onion finely chopped.
    _ 5 cups leftover chilled white rice.
    _ 12 oz frozen carrots and peas thawed.
    _ 2 Tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos or add to taste.
    _ 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil.

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. In a medium bowl, mix the shrimp, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Let marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
    2. Heat a large non-stick skillet on medium/high heat. When a bead of water sizzles and evaporates, swirl in 2 Tbsp of cooking oil and add shrimp to the hot skillet and spread them out in a single layer. Cook 1 minute per side, or until cooked through and opaque. Remove to a bowl.
    3. Over medium heat, add beaten eggs to the same skillet. Break up the eggs with a spatula and cook until no longer runny. Remove to a bowl.
    4. Wipe down the skillet with a paper towel and return to medium/high heat. Add 1 Tbsp oil and onions and cook green onion until fragrant.
    5. Stir in rice then spread it evenly over the pan and cook 1 to 2 minutes without disturbing it then stir and sauté another 1 to 2 minutes. Rice should sizzle.
    6. Drizzle 2 Tbsp soy sauce over rice and stir well. Add sesame oil and vegetables and mix well.
    7. Add cooked shrimp and cooked eggs back to the pan and mix well. Continue to cook until the rice is hot and sizzles, stirring frequently. Add more soy sauce to taste, if desired.

  • Kaipaatko jotakin uutta twistiä joulupöytään? 😋🎄 Ota tästä ohje talteen ja valmista Hummusrosollia (rosollia hummuspedillä)! Jokainen varmasti valmistaa rosollin vähän omaan tapaansa, mutta tämä on mielestämme parhaaksi testattu kombo meidän hummuksen kanssa:

    HUMMUSROSOLLI (vegaaninen, gluteeniton)
    n. 10 annosta

    3 isoa porkkanaa
    1 sipuli
    3-4 dl valmista punajuurikuutiota
    n. 2 dl valmista maustekurkkukuutiota
    ripaus suolaa

    Lisäksi tarjoiluun:
    3 prk Baba Hummusta

    Kuori ja keitä porkkanat. Anna jäähtyä ja pilko kuutioiksi.
    Silppua sipuli hienoksi.
    Valuta punajuuri- ja maustekurkkukuutiot (voit myös käyttää kokonaisia maustekurkkuja, tällöin kuutioi kurkut). Sekoita ainekset keskenään ja anna maustua jääkaapissa pari tuntia.

    3/4 C water or almond milk
    1 t lucuma powder
    1 t maca powder
    2 T almonds, soaked for 1 hour
    4 dates, pitted
    1/4 vanilla pod, scraped
    1/2 C ice

    Blend the ingredients on high.
    Serve chilled.
    Lasts up to 2 days in the fridge.

I was really excited by the results. The pasta was made using semolina flour, and the resemblance to traditional egg pasta was remarkable! According to my research, ravioli of this kind is normally cooked first and then briefly fried in a sage butter. Simple concept, but the flavours are undeniable.

    副菜なら4人分かな。

    #ササミ 6本
    いいササミほど。ヘルシーかつおいしさ求めるなら、良いササミ買いましょう。
    節約したいならお手頃なのでも美味しくなります。 ●ササミは分厚いところ、観音開きにして、筋は取れたら取りましょう。バラバラになるのが嫌な方は、ハサミで数カ所切りましょう。(観音開きがわからない方は、分厚いところにフォークでチョンチョンして、筋をハサミで数カ所切っておきましょ!) 塩胡椒、お酒で十分ほど下味つけたら、小麦粉つけて、
    #バター で表面を焼きます。
    バターがいいです。美味しくなります。
    なかったら、 #オリーブオイル でも。
    強火で表面焼く感じ。
    火は通ってなくていいです。後で煮込むので。
    取り出しておいておきます。 ●根菜を大きめにきりましょう。
    今日は #カブ 小さめ一個と #人参
    一本。 ●玉ねぎ薄切り一個分を、バターで軽くソテーしましょう。 ●ぜーんぶ一緒に鍋か、深めのフライパンにいれましょう。
    順番は、根菜、玉ねぎ、最後にササミが理想です。
    肉が煮崩れしにくいと思う。 ●ひたひたより少し少なめに、お水、 #コンソメ 今回は無添加の顆粒 二本 を入れて 落し蓋 をして、根菜に火が通るまで煮たら 完成!

    お肉をよりジューシーにしたかったら、根菜に火が通ってからお肉いれてお肉に完全に火を通してもいいです。

    が、面倒なら上記のレシピでOKです。

    今回はアレンジで #ケッパー もいれてます。
    #ローリエ とか も入れてOKです。 食べる時に #オレガノとか散らしてもいいかも

    We’ve had this tradition for years and it never fails to make me realise that good food tastes even better made and shared with loved ones🙏🏼
    Also, this recipe is SUCH a crowd pleaser for everyone ~ gluten free (thanks to my favourite @sanremopasta Pulse Pasta, made from legumes!! Which also just won Product of the Year🙌🏼) and vegan, yet 100% approved even by the skeptics😏🍝

    PESTO INGREDIENTS:
    1 zucchini, chopped
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 heaped tbsp Nutritional yeast
    Large handful fresh basil
    Juice of 1/2 a lemon
    2 tbsp cashew butter
    Black pepper + sea salt, to taste
    .
    You will also need:
    1 package @sanremopasta Pulse Pasta
    1/2 cup frozen peas
    Homemade vegan lox (recipe on my blog!)
    Fresh greens, to serve .
    .
    1️⃣ Steam zucchini until soft, then blend together with remaining pesto ingredients until super smooth and season to taste.
    2️⃣ Prepare pasta to packet directions + allow to cool. Defrost peas by covering with boiling water.
    3️⃣ Toss pasta with with pesto, peas + vegan lox to combine well.
    4️⃣ Serve with a side of fresh greens. Enjoy!💛
