  • The current storm wave doesn't make it easy for us. 🙄 Many a storm, some develop into a tornado of cleaning and tidying up. 🌪🌪🌪 Sometimes life suddenly ends something that has not developed properly, as it was once planned. 🚧 There are many reasons for this. Life is very flexible and creative. 🌞 A learning task, connection, job, ... would like to be lived by our soul and life has several possibilities how and with whom our soul can make these experiences. Everyone of us will feel internally, in which range in our life the ease got lost and there is no more progress. 😵 But there is no reason to worry ❣ The situation that has ended or is waiting to end is exchanged at the right time for something more fitting that resonates more harmoniously with our soul level. 💟👍🤗

    During the first part of this class we will practice Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga is a more deeper physical approach with a  focus much deeper than Yang like practices. Here the practitioner is trying to access the deeper tissues such as the connective tissue and fascia and many of the postures focus on areas that encompass a joint (hips, sacrum, spine).
