  • Lets talk about alcohol and fitness for a second (since I am at a bar in this piccy)! I used to love having drinks 🍸 in a social setting, today I am happy ordering a glass of water. I’d rather eat my calories than drink them, unless of course it’s a smoothie! Not drinking alcohol / limiting it next to nothing is one of my biggest fitness tips to leading a healthy lifestyle. It made such a difference to my body composition and mind. What do you guys think about alcohol and fitness?
