  • As luck would have it I’m doing very badly with my less sugar intake 2019 resolution. The toy box sweet shops here are so pretty and before I know it, I’m chatting to the owner and purchasing milk rose squares by weight. Poor achy teeth.

    Jak pewnie niektórzy z Was zdążyli już zauważyć uwielbiam śniadania 😄
    Ten pierwszy posiłek dnia może być inspirujący, kreatywny i bardzo smaczny a to pierwszy krok do udanego dnia 😀
    Świeże bułeczki i kolejny przepyszny słoiczek od @topol764!
    Ortolana to moja nowa miłość 😂🧡 Napewno usłyszycie o niej jeszcze nie raz, bo to naprawdę rewelacyjny produkt 😊
    A jest to nic innego jak mieszanka warzyw takich jak pieczarki, bakłażan, marchew, karczochy, papryka, seler, suszone pomidory i cykoria.
    Tyle dobrego w jednym małym słoiczku 😁 U mnie sprawdziło się jako smarowidło do bułeczki ale ma wiele innych zastosowań, które nie omieszkam wypróbować.
    Wracając do śniadania: na rozgrzanej oliwie podsmażyłam pokrojoną wędzoną pancette, na wytopionym tłuszczu podsmażyłam kilka pieczarek a na końcu kacze jajko🙂
    Wyszło przepysznie 🤤🧡

    As you probably have already noticed, I love breakfast 😄
    This first meal of the day can be inspiring, creative and very tasty and this is the first step to a successful day 😀
    Fresh rolls and another delicious jar from @topol764 !
    Ortolana is my new love 😂🧡
    You will probably hear about it more than once, because it's really beautiful jar full of flavour 😊
    Ortolana is nothing else but a mix of vegetables such as mushrooms, eggplant, carrots, artichokes, peppers, celery, dried tomatoes and chicory.
    So much good stuff in one small jar 😁 For me it worked as a spreader for bread rolls but has many other uses that I will not hesitate to try out.
    Returning to breakfast: I fried a slice of​​smoked pancette on olive oil, then some mushrooms and finally a duck egg
    It came out absolutly delicious 🤤🧡

  • Something different for breakfast today as I’m saving my healthy B option for tea tonight😁 #slimmingworld crustless quiche😍 Using 3 eggs, cottage cheese, ham, peppers(s), onions(s), mushrooms(s), salt&pepper and tomatoes(s) on top! Into the oven on gas 5 for 30 minutes➡️ I added 20g of lighter cheese (1/2 healthy A) on top and melted for the last 5 minutes! Served with a small bowl of tinned tomatoes for speed food and I had a peach after aswell🤪 Tasted lush and my belly is full 🌟😊
