    Do you want to feel fitter and stronger and able to deal with what is going on in your daily life? Our weekly circuits class allows you to build strength and challenges you at your own pace, so each week you notice improvements in your performance. We use a variety of equipment such as kettle bells, suspension trainers, dumb bells, bands, balls and wobble boards, to ensure that all target areas are hit, and that no muscle is left out!

    This class is suitable for those who are 'core restored' and need to work on improving strength and stamina in a friendly and motivating class.
    What sets us apart from other classes, is that we deeply screen you prior to your session and provide a diastasis and examination of your current core connection before you begin your first session. That way, we know if there are any 'red flags' to be aware of, and if this class is suitable for your wellness needs, or if you need additional support.
    We want to empower and nurture your health and wellness, to assist you in becoming the best version of you.
    Please note, mums can bring their baby to class, as long as they are fully responsible for their safety, as there is heavy equipment used. You can be any age and any fitness level, and can come without baby too!! To book please use this link - please be advised that we only have 8 spaces per class available, so that the instructor can support you. *single sessions are subject to availability. Book online.
