  • 20 minutes is no joke!
    How can you get a good workout in only 20 minutes!?! Trust me - my heart rate hasn't been this high in a while! I haven't pushed myself this hard in a while!
    Whats different?

    It's my mindset!
    I'm trying to look at the positive!
    And it's not just with my workouts!
    Yesterday I was talking to someone and I changed what I was going to say more than once - becausr my first thoughts were negative! I changed them around and of it didn't make a difference in their lives - it sure made a difference in mine!
    Change the mindset and amazing things can happen!! It's not - I have to workout - it's I GET to workout!

How can you get a good workout in only 20 minutes!?! Trust me - my heart rate hasn't been this high in a while!  I haven't pushed myself this hard in a while! 
Whats different?

It's my mindset!

  • Jeg sliter fortsatt med energitap og følelsen av utmattelse uten «grunn» (jeg vet jo at mine tidligere valg med 5 jobber osv ikke har hjulpet 😅) Har tatt mange grep og yoga og essensielle oljer er helt konkrete verktøy.   • I was thinking about this ’10 year challenge’ thing and thought back to what I was doing in 2009.

    Well... I remember it starting off as the worst year I have ever had... and finished off as one of the best.
    In 2008 after I finished university, I felt lost and I had no idea what to do next. Instead of going home like most people to figure out their life, I stuck around for a boy (eye roll). I soon realised there were no jobs in Hull, amidst the recession that had just hit and on 1st January 2009 after partying all night for New Year’s Eve, I woke up hungover and alone (I went to sleep that night/morning with the boy by my side, but at some point in the night he had disappeared - which was a regular occurrence). I fell into a huge depression after that and I tried to move home to Sheffield but I was locked into a housing contract which I couldn’t get out of - I really tried.

    So I miserably continued to work all hours at a bar, living in a city which had become a place of despair for me.

    However I started to feel determined not to stay in that place!

    I did eventually move home in the spring, I applied for an overseas internship and by September I was living in the beautiful city of Prague with some amazing new friends, working for a humanitarian charity planning fundraising events, which was the beginning of a 10 year career in events. I still think of my 3 months in Prague as some of the best times of my life!

    And here I am today! A lot has changed! Like my hair 💁🏻‍♀️
