    A Wigomat foi a primeira máquina de café com filtro do mundo e foi patenteada na Alemanha em 1954.

    O Wigomat ainda usa o método usual de infusão. A água é aquecida e derramada em um fluxo constante sobre o filtro de café moído. De lá, o café acabado entra em uma jarra de vidro, que fica em um prato quente. Uma característica especial do Wigomat é a temperatura exata de fermentação de 94-95 ° C. Desde então, isso tem sido considerado ideal se o café não for preparado sob pressão.

  • Does anyone else worry way too much about all future things that could happen when the reality of what does happen is never your fears.
    Instead of worrying about what’s going to happen, reel yourself back to the present moment!

    It's not so hard like you maybe think!

    There is a simple technique I use for mayself:
    I find asking myself - What’s happening right now? Why am I happy now? Am I safe now?
    When you ask yourself a positive questions, your brain starts finding positive answers also!

    Your brain can not have a positive and negative thought at the same time, that's why I focus on positive things around me and change my feelings from nervous to happy and careless 🙂 immediately!

    Do you worry too much about what's going to happen next or you are in a minority of people who live their lives relaxed? 🤩

  • ✨THIRD GYM GOAL✨
    As I was writing in the previous post, my third goal in the gym is to improve my physical indicators💪🏼.
    Firstly, I will explain what kind of ‘gym sport’ I am doing .
    🔻
    On the one hand, it’s Powerlifting🏋🏼‍♂️, a kind of sport in which you lift the barbell at your maximal weight. There are 3 exercises: Bench press, deadlift and squats.
    At this time of the year my results are the following:
    - Bench press 80kg x 3 reps - Deadlift 75kg x 1 rep
    - Squats 60 kg x 12 reps (that’s what I’ve tried)
    ✔️I will try to reach 100kg per one repetition in each one of these exercises.
    🔻
    On the other hand, I am very inspired with Streetlifting, a sport in which you do the pull ups and dips with additional weight in your shoulders or back.
    Here I am not as good as in powerlifting, my results are:
    - Pull ups with 20 kg x 1 repetition - Dips 10 kg x 1 repetition
    ✔️Here, I will try do one repetition with 30 kg in pull ups and 20 kg in dips.
    🔸
    During these 5 months I will be doing mainly this exercises, adding some others in order to have some variety.
    Ps: I am not a professional, don’t judge me to much about it🙂 (summer photo)
