  • Today I've had the pleasure of trying some super fresh and delicious cream from a local farm nearby. I stopped and probed the farmer with all my questions including grass fed, herbicides, hormones and antibiotics... The guy was very happy answering all my questions and I walked away happy with my 2 pots of cream. 😋

    But is cream actually considered healthy or not? 💡
    .
    I the past I would consciously use cream sparingly to avoid all the calories it brings with itself, thinking that the dairy product does not contain any nutrient except for fats. However, I was mistaken. 🤔
    Cream contains nutrients which are beneficial for the human body.
    👉 Cream contains a great amount of calcium and phosphorous letting you absorb more calcium from food, which helps in the development of bones. Calcium also helps prevent from kidney stones.
    👉 Cream contains folate which helps for brain and nerves development.
    👉 The vitamin A and C present in cream helps to boost immunity and vitamin A also helps with eye health.
    👉 Cream promotes red blood cells which are responsible for providing nutrients and oxygen to your blood cells. 👉 The high levels of protein promote hair health by preventing damage and breakage.

    Given those health benefits is absolutely fine consuming high quality cream from time to time. Yum

  • Haven’t tried the smart sweet gummy bears yet. I’m sure they won’t disappoint..I mean last weekend at the buffet I thought the vanilla soft serve Icecream tasted like heaven LOL. My standard has lowered since I don’t eat sugar 😆😆I’ll eat those on my weekend trip to Vegas. I typically won’t purchase pre made sugar free Treats, but I figured its WAY better than regular sugar. .
    Elderberry drop I purchased at PCC. 11.99 each! That’s a Good price for those and it’s organic with NO added sugar. Great to boost your immune system. As you all know planes are notorious for spreading colds etc. .
    Purchased more Erythritol to make almond toffee bark! Ughhhh so good ! I’ll make some for snacks to carry on. .

    I’m planning on eating non keto, but not the entire time. I’m thinking the last night and day I leave for my flight I’ll eat whatever! I’m going to eat Keto the first day and night I’m there.. I’ll be wearing a fitted dress and don’t want to be bloated 😆Once you reintroduce carbs/sugar from keto lifestyle, it’s a automatic 5-10lb gain from water retention 😳 .

    Broke my fast at 47 hours. I had flank steak topped off with melted provolone/ Parmesan cheese👌 Had a big spoon of peanut butter w/ sliced almonds, more cheese and sparkling mineral water with lemon juice. Jumping right back into another 48 hr fast. Aiming for 60 hours. .
    Game plan is to water fast the carbs off and get back into ketosis. It’s the quickest way to jump right back in. Maybe I’ll track how much I gain, and how much I can fast it off. We will see how lazy I am 😂🤣.
