Exercise balances the neurochemicals in the brain. But we don’t need brain science to tell us that is in our true nature to move. It is as natural to humans as breathing. When we move, we connect with our body’s good feeling truth: “We are made of movement, and anything stagnant, both in the body and in the mind only keeps us from finding our true self.”
✨Think of a movement as a “happiness trigger” rather than thinking of it as exercise!
