    Base off your appearance or physical appearance. Some will notice and some won’t. But you shouldn’t care about what they think of you or even if they dislike you because at the end of the day. They do NOT know you or who you are. Let them judge you😴You don’t need to worry about them.Focus on yourself and focus on improving yourself on the daily. You may fail once or on multiple occasions but you shouldn’t stop.In the end you gain experience.I’m telling you this because it’s the same way with me and you shouldn’t worry about what other people think.

    A lot has changed between these pictures....the left was 2009 with my first born, working full time, figuring out the parenting thing and not finding time for myself and poor eating habits.
    .
    The right is this week...So nine years difference! Now I have TWO daughters (10 and 7), I stay home full time and work my health and fitness business, I make time for myself every day, know how to eat healthy and proper portions (but still allow cheats). .
    I don’t have a six pack. I’m not the lightest weight I’ve ever been. But I can tell you I’m HEALTHY and my kids know what that means too. I love following my at home workout programs, drinking my nutrient dense shake and getting results. See the difference in my face alone?? I enjoy being present with my kids but I also like to have fun and let loose sometimes and that’s ok! #moderation 💕

    I’m following a plan loosely right now through the holidays and can’t WAIT to jump into our new program in Jan! I’m ready to rock it and get serious again and am looking for 20 women who want to do the same. No messing around; crack down on your nutrition and short daily workouts. You just can’t put a price tag on your health. Let’s do this! 💪🏼 Drop a🎆 below for more info!

  • 💥Many of you have been saying that you can’t do the full body routines I have posted because your are either not strong enough yet to do the squats and lunges, or because of knee and ankle pain. You have asked for a full body workout that you can do so I decided not to wait any longer .

    And as you get stronger you can move up!! .

    It’s always a good day to work them quads, hammies, calves, and glutes. I never regret a good leg workout, but then again, I’ve never regretted any kind of workout 💦 .

    If I’m fatigued, bloated (on my period 😬), or just downright unmotivated, I ALWAYS leave the gym reenergized. Gas ⛽️ tank filled. Never fails 👌🏼 Strength training is seriously therapy!
