• Side Crow to EPK .
My thoughts 💭
This is a fantastic challenge for a fantastic cause. You can donate to the foundation on Chardelle’s Page and it will help. It’s not always about fancy poses 😁. I chose side crow with a transition to EPK. I tried to smooth it out and get those arms straight in my sidecrow. It felt pretty good. On Joshua’s recommendation for EPK I kept that back leg low and tried to lift me chest up. That needs some work. 🕉
