    Here’s the thing about life, it kind of knocks you on your butt when you least expect it, and in the midst of all the chaos, you can sometimes forget to be kind to yourself. A fitness journey isn’t perfect. It’s filled with ups and downs & periods of motivation & days where you would rather do anything but go to the gym. The thing is life gets in the way sometimes, we’re human, and it’s normal to feel flawed or imperfect when you have a bad meal, or you skip the gym to catch up on school work. But remember to be kind to yourself, it’s okay to be imperfect. I’m still learning to forgive myself and look past my mistakes and flaws, because it’s all a part of growth. ⁣⁣⁣⁣

    ✨ 2 grilled Italian sausages (w/ onion) ⁣& chopped
    ✨ scoop of goat cheese ⁣

    * I also added green onion & cucumber but it’s just under all the food heh heh ⁣

  • “With love, Mama.” I am E X C I T E D about this delicious gluten free homemade white cupcakes mix and the fact I made my own gray color icing. 🤗🤘🏽 I will say it’s not my prettiest cupcakes 🧁 I usually do well but — the 5 boys that took over our house last night for a birthday sleepover, I’m positive loved them and devoured them without any thought of how good the “Fortnite V-bucks” look. 👀 💁🏽‍♀️ “I’m COMPLETELY okay with that too!” 😉
