    Tábua e faca de corte

    INGREDIENTES
    .
    135g Pepino sem pele e sem semente
    270g Tomate
    50g Cebola Roxa picada
    30g Manjericão Picado
    15g Hortelã picada
    80g Sementes de Gergelim
    60ml Óleo de Oliva
    30ml Suco de Limão Siciliano
    6g Sal do Himalaia ( pode fazer com o outro também )
    .
    MODO DE PREPARO
    .
    1. Corte o Pepino e o Tomate em cubos. A Cebola e o restante das Ervas devem ser picados em pedaços bem finos.
    2. Adicione o Óleo de Oliva, o Suco de Limão Siciliano e o Sal do Himalaia.
    3. Misture bem.

  • 🍗WHAT I EAT IN A DAY🥦

    I've been forgetting to add what I'm drinking to these but I stick to water and black coffee(😬) usually.
    On Monday I drank 5.25L of water and drank two very big cups of black coffee, I'd be lying if I said I don't pee a lot but I definitely feel the benefits of staying hydrated!
    If you're struggling to drink water during the day, invest in a 750ml or 1L water bottle so you can have it by your side to remind you to drink it.💦

    Breakfast:
    60g Porridge oats made with water
    1 scoop protein powder
    1 banana
    1 Tablespoon of Peanut butter
    Total Calories - 566 cals
    _________________________________________________
    Lunch:
    Boiled Rice
    Chicken in Passata with vegetables (courgette, peppers, onions, mushrooms & tomatoes)
    Beetroot
    Total Calories - 345* cals
    *Rough calculation😊

    Snack:
    Banana and Peanut butter cake
    + Small cappuccino☕
    Total Calories - maybe 450? cals
    I have no idea about how many calories were in the cake but it tasted delicious and I'm not going to worry about it! If you're ever unsure about calorie content whilst trying to track them just over estimate the number of calories based on what you can find online, so that you aren't at risk of going over your daily allowance - better to have calculated too much than not enough!

    Brussel sprouts
    Carrots
    1/2 Floret of Broccoli
    1 big handful of spinach
    Total Calories - 318 cals
    _________________________________________________
    Calories In(total for the day): 1,679cals
    Calories Out(burned in exercise): 200 cals (roughly)
    Maintenance Calories*: 1,797 cals
    *calories required to stay at my current weight based on me being lightly active throughout day.

    After a weekend of treats and drinks, it was quite nice to have lots of veg and good food!
    Also going to show you Christmas day because that will be interesting.🐷 P.s. recipe for the chickpea curry from last week will be up today😘
