- 🍗WHAT I EAT IN A DAY🥦
I've been forgetting to add what I'm drinking to these but I stick to water and black coffee(😬) usually.
On Monday I drank 5.25L of water and drank two very big cups of black coffee, I'd be lying if I said I don't pee a lot but I definitely feel the benefits of staying hydrated!
If you're struggling to drink water during the day, invest in a 750ml or 1L water bottle so you can have it by your side to remind you to drink it.💦
60g Porridge oats made with water
1 scoop protein powder
1 Tablespoon of Peanut butter
Total Calories - 566 cals
Chicken in Passata with vegetables (courgette, peppers, onions, mushrooms & tomatoes)
Total Calories - 345* cals
Banana and Peanut butter cake
+ Small cappuccino☕
Total Calories - maybe 450? cals
I have no idea about how many calories were in the cake but it tasted delicious and I'm not going to worry about it! If you're ever unsure about calorie content whilst trying to track them just over estimate the number of calories based on what you can find online, so that you aren't at risk of going over your daily allowance - better to have calculated too much than not enough!
Chicken leg in a tomato based sauce
1/2 Floret of Broccoli
1 big handful of spinach
Total Calories - 318 cals
Calories In(total for the day): 1,679cals
Calories Out(burned in exercise): 200 cals (roughly)
Maintenance Calories*: 1,797 cals
*calories required to stay at my current weight based on me being lightly active throughout day.
After a weekend of treats and drinks, it was quite nice to have lots of veg and good food!
