  • Happiness is helping a scared lost wounded kitty find her home ❤️ .
    .
    I patiently waited with her until someone came looking for her equally worried and scared as she was, I made sure she did go anywhere from that spot or hurt herself even more as how I found her was hearing a shrill cry coz the head was wounded, possibly she couldn’t see anything and was bumping into almost everything.. After many minutes of wait in freezing cold, finally a lady came whom I noticed from a distance and took me no time to wave 😊 it was truly priceless
    She was really happy and that’s how I came to know the cat was a “she” 😝 fondly called Melisa ❤️ .
    .
    So my happiness project day 2, ended with a super positive note and am realllllllly happy today ❤️ I pray she feels better soon and is now sleeping in peace 😘

  • Friends...I was just going to sign up for the discount, I was just going to do this for me, I just wanted some accountability. Well after I actually finished a program and got killer results, I was so stinking pumped and I just wanted everyone to feel what I felt! The happiness and feeling like a bad ass and starting to actually love myself & body again! The feeling is amazing I’m telling you friends you don’t know what your missing!! On a side note 📝 These girls in my group are kicking ass already and we are only 2 days in to our happiness project! #newyeardoyou #happinessproject #wellnessjourney #selflove #bestyearyet

  • Today I wasn't really in the best mood. I just wanted to stay in bed and stuff my face with chocolate to be honest.
    Than I look at Alessandra dancing and jumping around all full of happiness and joy and I felt my heart full of love.
    My facial expression chance suddenly into the biggest smile.
    Today my 2 years old daughter teach me a big lesson.
    Stop thinking about what went wrong in the past and stop worrying about what could happen in the future. Enjoy the moment because life is NOW and you shouldn't waste a second commiserating yourself.

    Gain energy
    Be healthy
    Have support
    Learn how to EAT 🍩
    Get strong AF
    Receive compliments
    Gain confidence

    But I don’t want to:

    Pay for anything
    Drink a shake
    Motivate myself
    Join a group
    Read a nutrition plan
    Give myself 20 mins/day

    Let’s get real for a minute, shall we? If nothing changes, nothing changes! Think about that for a minute... Investment in yourself, and a moment of vulnerability, has the power to change your life if you are willing to TRUST that you’ll put that investment to use! When was the last time you took a free solution seriously, all by your lonesome? Probably never.

    Let’s drop the excuses and get to work, as a team!

  • Do you make bucket lists?? 🤔 My handmade (certainly not by me! 😂) WI mug reminds me of our 2019 bucket list that we just created! We did this last year as a family but sadly didn’t accomplish much. 😳 This year we put our goals on paper and then in my phone as another reminder. Places we want to visit even locally, a list of states that Noah wants to visit and we prioritized them, and things to do at home if we ever have a snowy day! Next on the list is to start researching the costs for everything, places to stay and availability, etc and just start making things happen! 👊🏼 Life’s short and I LOVE that my kiddo wants to travel, so we’ll do our best to see more! // #happinessproject #pursuitofhappiness #boymom #dogmom #foodie #momtrepreneur #momswithtattoos #goodvibes #lifestyleblogger #thriftyfinds #bucketlist #familytravels

  • One of my New Years resolutions was to appreciate every moment I had with the people I love and be really invested in the moment, not to let it pass me by. Whether that be out with friends, dinner with family or even just lazy Sunday morning cuddles at home. I have really tried so far to be happy in the moment as that’s enough. So far I have found myself coming away feeling much better 😊
