  • Hey folks, here is the upcoming weeks menu that’s been in high demand 😉 couple options back by majority vote ♥️👩🏼‍🍳 If you have any questions please feel free to message me, orders are due by Friday at 5:00pm to ensure plenty of prep time. I do want to make a side note that all of my meals are Keto inspired and I do as much research as I can, to ensure the nutritional information I provide with your orders, match the ingredients. Orders consist of 6-8 ounces of meat, per meal. In addition to that is a side vegetable and a condiment if recipe calls for one. 🥰 I am looking forward to meal prepping for you all again and thank you so much for the support and continued business!   • Guess who's not feeling this day today??! Yeah...all bets on moi!! Maybe it's insufficient sleep? acclimatisation? new environment? travel fatigue? (If such a thing exists)

    Whatever it may be, I decided to listen to my body. It asked for sun. Even though I'm avoidant of the harsh SEA sun, I went to bask in the early morning sunlight. Like a sunflower I turned my face to the sun and let it bathe me in vitamin D and warmth. I also drank a litre of water while outside and breathed deeply into my core.
    Then my body asked for nourishment. I waited. Nope I didn't feel hungry nor did I feel like forcing an egg into my body when it was seeking nourishment, not food. I waited again. It asked for a fresh coconut with water. I sipped that coconut and it felt as though I hadn't had a drink of water in 1000 years!

    Then my body asked for a feel-good treat. At first I put up resistance: "we haven't had breakfast" "we need something wholesome and nutritious" "banana?" "Egg?" "Salad?" "oats?" It was having none of it! I'm not hungry, it screamed!! I waited quietly.
    I discovered these cream puffs in the 7-eleven in Phuket and it was sooo good....sooo good!! I didn't find them anywhere again after Thailand, but here in HoChi Minh City, the local Circle-K keeps them too. So I got me a box of those. Mmmmm..... Now, I know you must be thinking: listen to this crazy validating eating cream puffs for breakfast. But trust me, it's not validation...it's self-love and self-care.
    I woke up not feeling well and I chose to listen to what my body needs. I gave it all it asked for and now I'm ready to take on the day!
    It's so important to take time out for a little indulgence. Showing appreciation to your body and mind for carrying you through each day is a form of gratitude.
    Remember the A.N.S.W.E.R to a healthy body & mind: air, nutrition, sunlight, water, exercise, rest

    Next on the list of TLC is a good full body massage! The last good massage I had, was in Bangalore in 2018!! Starting 2019 off right!
