  • How to balance it all? 📚💪🏽 ✨My daily routine✨

    How exactly do I balance school, the gym, this account, and other things in my life?⤵️ This is where Time management skills come in, so if you want to fit a bunch of things into your daily schedule, you gotta push yourself to be able to do it😌 I start off my day around 6 am usually, and hit the gym.🏋🏽‍♀️ I workout for an hour and then take a shower and get ready in the locker room👉🏾out of the gym at 7:40 am☀️ I got to school til 3 pm and then head home and eattt😋 get started on my homework do that for a while and then EAT AGAIN😈 bc gains Szn ok💪🏽 I usually get ready for bed around 9 and this includes: washing my face, brushing my teeth, packing my breakfast and lunch for the next day, packing my clothes in my gym bag that I’ll wear to school the next day, take vitamins, and sometimes stretch😺 I’m usually asleep around 10😴😴

  • And I’m back! Today was my first day back at the gym in nearly 2.5 months and it feels so so good to be back 😄 .
    I’m still very limited to what I can do but I am on the mend and feeling better every day 🙌🏽

  • So it’s the week of festivities. How are you staying on track? 🎄

    For me, 2 meals out already at the weekend some drinks and at least 4 more meals or buffets planned this week before the big day itself. -

    I’ve had a tough week personally last week too, with little time or inclination to stand in the kitchen prepping food either although I’ve kept up my training as much as I could. Other than breakfasts and the odd lunch I’ve pretty much freestyled my food for a whole week now. -

    Have I fell off the wagon though? Hell no 👊🏼 -
    I have MyFitnessPal and something called mindfulness. Basically nothing is an excuse to become a glutton, yes I have the odd treat but you can eat off plan without eating the exact opposite of your plan folks! -

    I know the calories and macros I need, I can make sensible choices and throw together meals, i eat when hungry, I can track and find out the content of foods I eat when I’m out, and now I’m pretty good at guesstimating what’s in pretty much everything 🧠 🤓. if I know I’ve got a massive meal in the evening I’ll simply have less in the day. And don’t forget the cals in booze folks😬. It’s not rocket science.

    It’s not a long term way i like to eat, I love my plan!! And I’ll no doubt put on a pound or two which I’m relaxed about, it’s bulking season anyway 💪🏼Who cares if I don’t eat super clean and have a bit of bloat or water retention? not me lol! I’m not on stage now and no one sees it. But at this time I’ve needed a bit of freedom, flexibility and I’m so glad I’ve educated myself to do this and that I have the discipline to have just 1 mince pie 🥧 😝
