  • How to train if you have problems with ur joints?❓
    ❗Symptoms❗: - pain, cracking, limited range of motion 👇How to train and prevent💪: - Spend enough time for stretching, rest and recovery 👍
    - DO NOT workout with extremely heavy weights 🏋️‍♂️
    - Follow the correct exercise technique. Don't try to lift maximum weights while doing it incorrectly
    - Avoid running and jumping🤾‍♂️. While running, ur knee and hip joints are getting damaged because of constant pushing with your bodyweight. Replace it with incline walk , bicycle 🚴‍♂️ or circuit training. 
    Nutrition🥗🍗🍜: find multivitamins 💊containing glucosamine and vitamin B, eat more fruits 🍍🍓🥑 and veggies 🥕🍏🌽, avoid sugar🥞🍦🍬, salt and transfats. 👇One more advice👇: if u have pain in ur knees u might need to develop ur hamstring muscles more, as they are responsible for stability of the knee joints. ✔If u need more advice and guidance on ur training or diet, contact me direct ✏
