  • 樂聲徜徉,不是當今流行的J-POP,而是向來富有氛圍的日語老歌,讓每天庸庸碌碌的人們在這時可以更輕易的停下匆忙的腳步,放慢生活節奏細細品嚐眼前美味的拉麵。

    這間拉麵很特別唷!是“日式素食拉麵”專賣店,採用味道較為清淡的豆乳拉麵,如此一來更能品嚐出豆乳及湯底的美妙。

    拉麵的湯頭有清湯或濃湯可選擇,這次我選擇的是味增豆乳拉麵(濃湯 ver.),湯頭由紅、白味增交織而成,非常~濃郁,味增的鹹味也不膩口,特別是和玉米一起享用,完全襯托出玉米的香甜,再次體會到拉麵跟玉米絕配的真理。

    我覺得這間拉麵還有個亮點---豆皮👍👍👍不是一般水煮過而已,而是在表面塗上醬汁,採用炙燒的方式,最後灑上許多白芝麻,成為這碗拉麵畫龍點睛的元素,每口都有燒烤的迷人香氣,但又柔嫩多汁,相當好吃。
    朋友點的酒粕豆乳拉麵香氣也很棒!甜甜的酒釀香打轉於口中,雖然沒有酒精,但還是能使人沉醉折服於這香甜的湯頭裡,甚至最後不自覺的把整碗湯都喝個精光。
    對於女生來說,份量非常飽,如果是兩個小食量女生,也可以點一碗拉麵搭飽腹套餐(白飯+3樣小菜)一起share 。

    這次用完餐後特別的心滿意足呢❤️!是非常適合吃貨舒壓療癒的一間好店。

    I visited this much talked of coffee shop in Bahria Town Phase 4 for the first time yesterday. Why haven’t I been here before?
    Upon walking in, I instantly knew I’d adore it. And so I did! The personnel was patient and helpful, answering questions and listening to our indecisions. The interior was extremely pleasing (check highlights!) and the aura was so relaxing, we didn’t want to leave💓
    Coming to the food, we got an •Avocado Wrap. It was just a regular green coloured wrap with flavour coming from a tad-bit watery sauce that the lettuce, chicken, bell peppers and jalapeños were tossed in. The wrap itself was a little dry tho and too much for the filling, however, the extra sour cream dip on the side made sure we make full use of it. It’s not something I’d go for again (specially because I don’t like to have the same thing from the same place), but it was worth a try and a decent enough choice 7/10.

    I also used my @bogofied voucher to get a •Triple Chocolate Brownie free with a •Coffee.
    I found the brownie to be just average, perhaps as it wasn’t warmed to the core. It had chunks of chocolate inside, was of a wide width unlike traditional brownies and was served with icecream. Maybe if the brownie was warmed thoroughly, was more moist and the icecream didn’t have sprinkles, I’d gorge the whole thing. Otherwise, I would rate it a 7/10.
    The coffee, on the other hand, was amazing. Black coffee for the win kinda person, but in the mood for a cappuccino? You got it! Asked them to make it strong and so they did. Velvety, foamy and a reasonable espresso background, it was a good cup of coffee to go with the food😋Yes I’d get it again 8/10.

    I’ve heard a lot of great things about Meseta and because everything was salivating, I’m definitely going back and trying more of their items. Hopefully, they’ll be above average next time😌

  • Фисташковый кекс с рикоттой

    Очищенные фисташки (можно заменить фисташковой пастой) — 150 г
    Сливочное масло, к. т. — 150 г
    Рикотта — 150 г
    Сахар — 250 г
    Яйца — 3 шт.
    Ванильная эссенция или ванильный сахар — 1 ч. л.
    Разрыхлитель — 1 ч. л.
    Соль — ⅓ ч. л.
    Мука — 150 г

    Приготовление:

    1. Фисташки размалываем в кофемолке/блендером до состояния муки.
    2. Рикотту и мягкое сливочное масло взбиваем с сахаром и ванильной эссенцией в кремообразную массу.
    По одному вбиваем в массу яйца.
    3. Тщательно размешиваем. Добавляем муку, соль, разрыхлитель и фисташки. Замешиваем однородное тесто.
    4. Перекладываем в смазанную сливочным маслом форму и отправляем в разогретую до 180 ºC духовку.
    5. Выпекаем около 40–50 минут, проверяем готовность зубочисткой. Готовый кекс остужаем и посыпаем сухарной пудрой.
