  • Alrighhht @unko_dylz wants to talk about gains. As a lifter, my body needs more protein than normal in order to recover properly and build muscle. My dinner includes jalapeño turkey breast patties, on top of red lentil pasta, topped with some homemade guacamole, accompanied by petite tomatoes and sautéed kale & spinach. This meal is the definition of healthy gains💪🏼

    The ground turkey breast has approximately 27 grams of protein per 4 oz of meat and is a great example of lean meat. The red lentil pasta has around 13g of protein per serving, while the sautéed spinach and kale also add to the amount of protein in this meal. ⌄
    A lot of lifters supplement their diet with protein shakes, which is absolutely fine! But is not necessary if your protein intake is adequate. Do not feel like you need to buy all these supplements to be successful in the gym! A healthy diet is the first step😊

    No recipe was followed, just kinda threw some things together and hoped for the best!🤷🏻‍♀️

    Enaknya ngemil apa ya... ini mac schotel kala itu di camil sambil nonton makyuss moms 👌😂 .
    . MACARONI SCHOTEL .
    .

    Bahan :
    1. 160 gr daging kornet
    2. 80 gr bawang bombay dipotong kecil
    3. 2 sdm margarine
    4. 200gr macaroni rebus beri minya biar gak lengket
    5. 180 gr keju parut
    6. 2 butir telur
    7. 320 susu cair plain
    8. 1/4 sdt garam
    9. 1/2 sdm gula pasir
    10.1/2 sdt merica halus .

    Bahan Toping Saus Putih :

    1. 1 sdm margarine
    2. 2 sdm tepung terigu
    3. 300ml susu cair
    4. Garam secukupnya
    5. 1/4 sdt merica
    6. 150 keju cheddar parut .
    .

    Cara membuat :

    1. Panasakan margarine, tumis bawang bombay hingga layu. Masukkan daging, tumis hingga matang.
    2. Lalu campurkan macaroni, keju potong, telur, garam, gula, merica, lalu terakhir susu. Cek rasa.
    3. Lalu tuang ke pinggan tahan panas, oven selama 30 menit. Lalu sisihkan.
    4. Panaakan butter masukkan terigu, aduk rata, tuang susu, aduk cepat. Masukkan keju, garam, merica. Aduk rata hingga keju meleleh.
    5. Kemudian tuang saus putih ke adonan macaroni tadi
    6. Beri parutan keju di lapisan paling atas. Ratakan.
    7. Panggang kembali selama 15 menit hingga keju kekuningan. Hidangkan hangat. .
