  • "I'll think about it...NOPE"

    Last week I fell off my fitness routine pretty hard. I made it to the gym one time, I didn't meal prep and definitely over indulged. It happens. What's important is what you choose to do once you've fallen.

    I only have 2 more weeks until the new year, and 3ish more weeks until my first convention of 2019. It's time to get back on track and feel GOOD going into the new year.
    The old me would have put this off until the new year since it's so close, but what will that do? There's still so much time left in 2018 to get sh!t done, so let's do it!
    No more feeling bad about myself all through the holidays. No more putting my health on the back burner. Who's with me? 💪

  • You: “It’s too expensive.” Me: “YOU CAN’T AFFORD NOT TO TRY IT!!” Just recently I missed a few days of ketones.. of ketosis too because I ate all the things.. And within that short time, I remembered what started me searching for this journey to better in the first place!!!! And I vow to never become that wife / mom / shell of a human I was... because she just isn’t as happy, or productive, or proud as this improved version!!! Looking back I’d been in a “funk”, a phase, a bad mood for months...heck, maybe longer🤷🏼‍♀️ I was snapping at my husband.
    Snapping at my kid.
    Failing at my home “business”.
    Working out endlessly, eating perfectly (until the weekends when I just didn’t).....
    Drank endless cups of coffee... And still....I was always tired. Always irritated. Always desperately wanting MORE.

    I had become so comfortable wearing that exhausted, chaotic, “hustle” Mom badge, that I started to lose sight of why I was doing ANY OF IT.

    But that all changed one day with one packet of the very thing I sworn off. The one thing that I so badly didn’t want...was exactly the one thing this mom NEEDED.

    How has my life changed since? Well....how has it NOT changed?! This house...it’s ALIVE again. I am ALIVE again.
    I’m more present for my family.
    I’m happier...actually HAPPIER.
    And finally....I’m the mom I’ve always wanted to be.

    Listen moms, exhaustion takes it toll on those who are constantly caring for others.....and when you take care of your body using the most powerful & preferred fuel....it responds.

    It’s not Magic. It’s innovation.
    And it really is that simple.
