  • Did you know that this time in January (12th-20th) is when people abandon their goals they have set for the year? 😨
    Why? 🤔
Because people set these goals and do a 180 with their lifestyle and it’s hard for them to maintain. On top of that they aren’t seeing results (because it’s only been 2 weeks) and they get frustrated and give up.
That makes me so incredibly sad!
My advice is make small changes.
    1️⃣ START EXERCISING!
2️⃣ Cut out soda and limit sweets to one small treat a day or week.

3️⃣ Cut out or limit fast food to once a week.

4️⃣ Start incorporating fruits and vegetables. Have a vegetable every meal.

5️⃣ Always take the stairs and park further away
6️⃣ DON’T GIVE UP!! Along with small changes the MOST IMPORTANT THING to being a healthier version of yourself is consistency, discipline and patience. With that I PROMISE YOU you will see results! It does not happen overnight or in 2 weeks but it will happen if you stick with it!
Feel free to contact me with any further questions about living a healthier life. I BELIEVE IN YOU! .

  • Do 👏🏼 what 👏🏼 works 👏🏼 for 👏🏼 you 👏🏼 I say this to my clients all the time. They want to know what the best nutrition program is, or they want to know how many times they need to work out in a week. The right answer? There is no right answer! Of course experts recommend to get 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per week, so ideally that’s the goal. But in terms of what time of the day to work out versus how many days a week to work out, that’s entirely up to you and your schedule. Whatever you can do that fits into your schedule is the right answer for you. Don’t try for a lofty goal such as working out for an hour every day of the week with no rest. That’s an easy way to burn out. Same goes for nutrition. It does take some sacrifice and some trial and error, but at the end of the day you need to find a plan that works for you, whether you’re counting macros or going Paleo or vegan or keto. As long as it’s a program that is sustainable for your lifestyle then go for it! Too many times, fads pop up that help you drop weight quickly, but are not sustainable in the long term, leading you to gain the weight right back as soon as you fall off the wagon! So if you’re just starting out, go slowly, make a few goals that are the most important to you, and start to change habits one at a time. It will pay off in the long run, believe me 👊🏼💥
