  • I know it was many hours ago now but this was my breakfast ☺️ 100% of voters on a poll said they wanted to see more than just my workouts on here so here I am trying to remember to show you more things lol

    My breakfast was a protein pancake! It’s one mushed up banana, 1 scoop of @pescience pb cup protein and 1 egg. I add water to it so that it’s not so thick so I can stir it up. Then I microwaved peanut butter so I could drizzle it over the pancake.

    When I work out before work I usually do it fasted so I prep my breakfast to eat in the car after my workout. Sometimes I can make it wait until I get to work but today I ate it right away.

    I also had some blue razz amino acids with me ☺️

    The alarm went off this morning and I knew rather than to force a run, I needed rest. Post work run for the win! I had an acupuncture session yesterday and my legs responded very well this afternoon. Even though I forgot my heart rate monitor I was very conscious of keeping my pace and effort conservative. Gotta save the effort for the hard work 👊🏼

    | BELL PEPPER RING EGGS |

    1. Slice bell pepper into 1/2 in thick rings and place them into a heated skillet on medium. Allow to cook for about 1-2min per side
    2. Add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet and cover. Allow to cook for 1-2min
    3. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolk. Pour only the whites into the rings and cover the skillet, allowing the whites to almost fully cook before adding the yolk on top. Allow to cook until desired doneness
    4. For the hash, I just diced up a russet potato and the rest of the bell pepper, seasoned them with salt and pepper, the air-fried them for about 20min at 375°F while I cooked the eggs

  • i had one of the best back workouts today and literally it only took me about an hour. EVERY exercise i did was a super set and that helped me a lotttt with making my workout faster and more intense.

    i'm planning on doing something new tomorrow and waking up earlier and going to the gym before my classes. IF i do go through with this i'm gonna record my full hammies & glutes workout for you guys because the gym will definitely not be busy/ packed. 🤞🤞
