  • After 7 shoulder dislocations and a full reconstructive surgery... the doctor said I would never lift over my body weight again....3 years later I’m creeping towards twice the number I see on the scale each morning ✌🏽

  • My go-to stack after baby!
Since I’m still nursing I’m not taking any of my favorite preworkouts and my supplement use is very limited. But I have taken a few staple products all throughout my pregnancy until now. Including:

Protein: I have a tough time getting in enough calories and protein helps a ton! The chocolate flavor is amazing and it completely eliminates my sweet cravings between dinner and bedtime 👍🏻🍫 Natural Lemonade BCCAs: I like water and Drink quite a bit but sometimes I just need some flavor! The Natural Lemonade BCCAS taste really good (not too sweet) and they’ve been great for retaining my muscle. Plus they have electrolytes, which helps keep me hydrated.
Superfoods: Fruits and veggies in one convenient powder, what’s not to love here? 🍏🥬 Mention this post at checkout for 20% off this entire stack now until January 31! 💥

    ⭕️FRONT SQUAT GRIPS⭕️
    -
Squats are one of the best, if not the best exercise for developing strong & athletic legs & glutes. While the back squat has pretty much “the same grip style”, the front one actually does have have some grip variations depending on what people feel comfortable with. -
1️⃣Cross Grip: the bar is placed on the shoulders. Arms are crossed in front of the body and placed on the bar on the opposite shoulders. As long as you can keep the bar on your shoulders when going down (by pushing your elbows up) you can keep the hands on the bar without gripping it aswell, however I find that gripping the bar waaaaay more stable.
    -
2️⃣Front rack: this is the traditional way of front squat gripping used in the Olympic weight lifting for the Clean (Olympic exercise). Bar is on the shoulders and the elbows are forward with the fingertips under the bar. You're not holding the bar with your whole hands. -
3️⃣Double Overhand: this is the rarest grip. I honestly didn't believe it was possible to grip the bar like this but I've actually seen it (and I got pictures if you still don’t believe me)so.. yeah. Honestly I've tried many times but I'm not able to do it, even though for those who can, this grip seems to be hella strong and very stable aswell. Try it out (if you're able to!)
