  • THIS HAS TO BE THE DEVILS WORK?! It's ok, baby Jesus is coming to save us... 🤣

    Just a friendly reminder that Christmas is a good time to stay active:

    Staying active enables us to enjoy all the good food and drink that's around - and at least have some form of "damage control" in place... Or... Instead of just trying to displace some calories- use the calorie surplus + to try build a little bit of muscle, and make some gains! (this is why I'm not taking much time off as a PT over Xmas.. DM me for sessions)

    Always make sure your hitting a good protein intake even if there is cake, biscuits & cheese everywhere 😂✌❤ We seem to make negative relationships with food- most people who train regularly will know it feel a good to have earnt it... and when the hours training go up- the energy demand goes up right?! But you can't smash a whole cheesecake for a 25min walk on the treadmill... PROPORTION is relevant 🤓 ask me for a program if you need direction.
    The main thing is to enjoy food... and not feel guilty about eating it anyway... as that's not really healthy... and be active!
