    Still going strong! I’ve ordered my @madusa_rocks t-shirt because #ImAMadusaGirl and I know she is always watching me!!!!

    I’m pretty proud that I’ve stuck with healthier foods/portions and it feels less like an issue for me. I’m still having a lot of trouble breathing but I’m working on it. Pneumonia set me back on that BUT I didn’t stop working out, I didn’t stop my water intake, I didn’t stop engaging etc. I’m in it to win it... I haven’t checked my measurements yet. BUT my weight on the scale is down this morning from 190 to 185.

    After deep cleaning my house and making necessary appointments, I’m going to crack open @diamonddallaspage new book that I’ve been waiting to read for awhile now since last #starrcast I hope to go to #Starrcast2 since it’s the weekend after my birthday but before our 3rd anniversary. I think after cancer I need a trip to LV!

    I don’t want to do measurements until week 4... not too far away but at the end of Week 4. I love adding #Transform20 to my existing @ddpyoga with @bodyrebooted @gsakahara and @csak01 it is kicking my ass in ways that I haven’t had before. Lots of modifying but 282 calories burned In 20 mins? That’s a win for me! .
    Now if Menopause would f*** off where I could sleep at night I’d be a-okay.

  • Day 14, I can't believe how fast two weeks have gone. Nearly 1/2 way through January already! I had a lavish dinner with my family at Benihana to celebrate my completion of my Master's degree and barely squeaked into my window. After my workout:I changed the sheets on my bed, put on clean pajamas and took my medicine. I am ready for bed and to kick up my workout intensity tomorrow!

  • Haydn kicked my ass! I worked from home today and felt sluggish. I did Energy this morning, but sitting on my couch all day made me lazy. I decided to try 1 on 1 with @haydnddpy this evening. It was brilliant! I engaged more than I ever have in a DDPY session, and I'm sweaty and feeling tired. But it's awesome! #week3

  • What I love about Dallas is he doesn't accept excuses from himself or anyone else. He is a straight shooter and tells it like it is. One of the things I have learned from working with him is people will create any excuse they can to not do something just to justify it to themselves. I often hear I can't do this because... what if you tell yourself I CAN do this because? How would your life change? What would you accomplish? Dallas's book is available tomorrow!!
