    Bent Over Landmine Row (neutral grip) ๐Ÿ”ฅ -The goal here isnโ€™t all the weight in the world, itโ€™s about the best posture and form you can maintain while your posterior chain and core are constantly under tension ๐Ÿ™ A big key here is to think of as flat of a back as possible so your lats have to stabilize through the entire range of pull. Aim for the fullest range of motion you can maintain tension through. Think of your scapulae tracking evenly and a deep mid to low scapular squeeze. Depending on where youโ€™re at in your program will determine your rep range! Today I averaged 10-12 reps each set and a finishing set of 6. No rest, superset ๐Ÿ‘‡:

    KB Gorilla Row: the key here is to again to think of how can you hinge deepest and keep your back flattest with an ever so slightly upward slope of the spine. Your core will be working big time and honestly as much back as you can get with this movement, youโ€™ll notice your core is getting just as much work. Youโ€™ll also notice your adductors (inner thighs) will be working for you the entire time (this is great since they tie into your core, we need to use these more often!). 12-16 reps alternating was where I was at today. .
