    I know during this time you don’t want to pay bills, go to parties, work on your goals, do any type of work, talk to people (or really be around anyone), or even get out of bed. Let’s be honest, when you feel low all you want to do is curl up in bed with your comfiest sweatshirt, turn netflix on and shut out the world.

    Listen, I get it, I’ve been there and that’s why I’m going to drop some truth bombs here for you. While you may not be able to do the hard things during this time nor should you have to really, there are things you CAN do.

    You might not be able to make your miracle happen this instant, but you CAN clean your room.

    You might not be able to get the money today, but you CAN take a 10 minute walk outside.
    .
    You might not be able to deal with people, but you CAN close your eyes, quiet your mind and breathe.
    .
    You might not be able to fix your problems right away, but you CAN be nicer to yourself, read a good book, give yourself a manicure or put on an outfit that makes you feel amazing.
    .
    You deserve to feel happy even when you feel like crap. Now is not the time to isolate yourself and let the negative thoughts consume you. Now is the time to reach out, do the little things and forgive yourself.
    .
    There is nothing wrong with you, you are not broken. You have only forgotten what is true: you are worthy because you are alive, you are stronger than you know and you will get through this.

    You are never alone, reach out if you want to talk ❤️
