  • Recipe:

    2 1/4 cups rolled oats (gluten free oats if desired)
    1 cup milk or non dairy substituted
    2 large ripe bananas
    1 tablespoon honey or pure maple syrup
    1 large egg
    1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    coconut oil or butter for cooking

    Directions 🤨 everything goes in the blender (BUT The oil!) for 15 20 seconds.
    Scoop out 1/4 of cup or so in a buttered griddle or pan and cook them 2 min in each side until not sticky.

    Last week we had a serious discussion about our upcoming unit: 🥞 Breakfast 🍳 what we need and what they suggested. Well they talk and I heard them loud! Today we made the quickest, most delicious 🤤 Banana 🍌 oatmeal pancakes 🥞! .
