- Feeling Fit, Fabulous in my FIFTIES. 💪
Age is definitely just a Number!! Believe it or not, I was the second oldest person competing. 😳 🏆
This “Power Hour” competition at my gym was completed with ZERO general back discomfort!!! Prior to Thrive, I had general discomforts that were affecting simple tasks like bending over to unload a dishwasher and running 🏃♀️ / workouts 🏋️♀️....not a chance!! Now, Thrive + Workouts + Healthy Eating = The Best Version of Me!! I don’t know what Thrive will do for you, but I know you’re going to love it. 😍

The moment we separate physical health from emotional and mental health is the moment we create a disconnect within the mind and body.
When you don’t address things that deeply need healing like limiting beliefs, emotional trauma, fear, lack of self-worth as part of what’s blocking you, you lose your power to heal and release them.
Every single thing you have created in your life can be healed and released. There is no exception to this. But most people don’t view the emotional and mental aspect as healing and instead just deal with it.
You try to push through the negative thought patterns, not realizing these also can be healed and released.
I can tell you from experience that energy medicine and energetic healing is straight magic. It taps into the unseen to clear the lower frequencies that start to change everything.
But you first have to get your mind on board to believe it and you have to start to do things you weren’t doing before in order to self heal.
I started my podcast because over the years I began to realize that more green juice and the new biohacking method wasn’t helping anyone. But healing belief systems and raising vibration on an energetic level, was.
And the beautiful thing about this work is it is all encompassing. The things you do to heal your emotional body will heal your physical body, which will increase your frequency and vibration, which will diminish negative self talk, which will align you to what you want and will magnetize abundance.
It can’t not work, it’s law and because you’ve changed your energy you start to call new and amazing things in.
You have to choose it though. I’m grateful every day that I choose it over and over again and I want everyone to be able to experience what that feels like. Don’t settle for anything in life. Especially the things that you have absolute control over and that can greatly change your entire life❤️

- On #humpday we could flaunt our “humps” our curves and Our body’s in hopes that we get a few likes ...... or instead we could flaunt our smile our dreams our loving nature or our ability to listen... fully.
We could take a moment to acknowledge what our body’s DO, on a daily basis...
We could take a moment to thank our eyes for vision... our skin for the ability to feel sensation . Our ears for sound. Our tongue for taste.... our lips for the sensation of our lovers lips .
Instead of showing off we could turn inwards and say thank you..... I love you....
Body. Mind. Spirit.

- #10yearchallenge . I think closer to 12.
The growth is not purely physical.
That photo is right tough look at. Tougher to share.
Body dysmorphia was my life. I refused to eat anything and punished my self with over training. No structure and no future.
While at the time I finally thought I had beaten my obesity and convinced my self this was healthy and sustainable.
It all came crashing down years later and I ballooned up to 350ish pounds.
The other photo I’m proud of. I’ve battled and it shows.
Not just weight but more importantly my mental health.
I have a grip on structure and am as consistent as I can be. Grateful for my journey.
Don’t settle, be open and always strive for growth. You are more than your age or physical appearance.
Stay inspired. 💪🏻👍🏻
