Inoltre, la presenza di antiossidanti preziosi aiuta a contrastare l’azione dei radicali liberi, a rallentare l’invecchiamento cellulare e a migliorare artrite e reumatismi.

    Both top 5 finish at last years #JuniorNationals where NiquePhysique came in 2nd(1 spot away from becoming an #IFBBPRO ) and Myself coming in at 5th. Aside from bodybuilding, my bro and myself both coach and train athletes/clients.

    It's never easy doing your best to be the best you can be on top of managing others pushing them to be the best that they can be. BUT when you take the focus off of yourself and put it on others, it makes things doable.

    I always tell my athletes and clients it's never about them alone. Keep surrounding yourself with people whom will help to bring the best out of you then you will see how much progress you make just by doing that alone💯
